Bad Customer Service & Cheap tricks to gain money! I visited this Shop (NEW LUCKY COLLECTION) to get my Panasonic Electric Rice cooker repaired. One of the workers at the shop checked the unit and said: 1. The thermostat must be replaced and 2. The black neutral wire should also be replaced and it would cost around Rs.200/-. I accepted for the quote and the worker asked me to come back after an hour. Later after an hour, I went to collect my Panasonic Electric Rice Cooker and paid Rs. 200/- for the service. He pretended to give me the old thermostat that was replaced with the new one. (I already knew it was not a Thermostat Fault) After reaching home, I checked the unit if the worker had really replaced the thermostat and I saw that nothing was replaced, all he did is reconnecting the black neutral wire. He cheated me by telling that he replaced the thermostat and charged Rs.200/- by playing some cheap tricks. Please be aware while visiting such repair shops when your home appliances need some service. I never recommend this shop for fellow people who'd like to buy any kind of home appliances. Never buy from this shop.
