Medak Cathedral

The Cathedral is really awesome serene n peaceful especially the glass work which it is famous for still has it's glow, bright n colorful. The food at the nearby hotels serve delicious Veg n Non veg delicacy's.. on the whole it's a worth visiting place

This impressive cathedral is almost 100 years old and has a rich history. It is one of the largest churches in India and as you can see the architecture is quite breathtaking. The inside is spectacular with the stained glass depicting scenes from Nativity, Crucifixion and Ascension. They are absolutely divine to look upon. The church is open for all in the stipulated timings.

Medak cathedral is one of the largest cathedrals in Asia. The church is around hundred years old. The church compound is very neat and clean and very well maintained. There are three tinted glass windows with painting of three stages of lord Jesus Christ's life. One of the top attractions of Medak. Covid related protocols are well followed.

It was very pleasant over there with lot of greenery and peaceful atmosphere. There's no religious discrimination. I recommend you to visit atleast once if you're interested.

Impressive construction! Beautiful interiors and imposing exteriors, well maintained with good garden spaces around it. Monkeys r the only problem!
