My experience was not that good.. We purchased a pair of ring in a branch in Mumbai's phoenix market city. .. And after a week I gave the rings to reduce the size.. They said the difference of money will be given back to u.. But actually when we went back, they said they had to made new rings as reduction in size was not possible and asked for some extra money despite the smaller size and reduction of weight of gold in both the rings as they said gold price was higher on that day.. Even though we got two calls from them for promotional purposes before valentines day they never bothered to inform us on phone that they are making new rings for us and new bill will be charged as per the gold price on that day.. We had to take the rings as we had already paid them hefty amount of money earlier to purchase the rings

fraud seller. i requested all the brother and sisters to avoid malabar jewelers for buying anything from them. they are big frauds in market. i place 54 orders of gold coins about 12 lac and pay in advance . but after 10 days using my money malabar cancel all the orders from his end.. and one more thing to think if u want to buy from them. they book the orders if market rates are down and after placing orders if market price goes up then u are in big loss because they never ship the orders..if they ship the order then there will be a chance of stones in parcell of same weight. then u wont have any option to retun it so i advice to everybody for avoid this jeweler and buy your need full from other jewelers online else purchase from the market.. big big cheaters in market malabar jewelers. please avoid
