Its a cheotic place. For minor issues, you can do it on your own. However for any major issue, you need to have a help from third person. Location was excellent, can spotted very easily.

Full of dalals ( Agents ) for doing every work. No instructions for any process and work, nobody is here to help people. Pathetic service and abusive language of all sarkari babu and madam.nnCorona update-nnThere is nothing like token and slot, come here give corona quick test then stand in Q for around 3 to 5 hours depending on DALALS frequency of visiting to SAHAB, then you get your done its not guaranteed.

Had to come here for a 1000 times for registration transfer of my car. They made me walk around left, right and centre. The process is so slow here. But, the new admin is a good guy and also the car inspection karne wala inspector was helpful.

Had a 2:30 PM slot booked for learning license test and had to wait till 5:15 even to get the test done.nRTO can be easily one of the worst public offices in terms of mismanagement and time wasting of public.nIf you do not have enough computers or anything just book the slots accordingly. Why do you need to keep so many people waiting and fill in your rooms even in the time of Covid. And yes social distancing is non-existent, just written on board but due to the amount of people visiting here and the area available, its not easily done.
