A 24 hour pet hospital service, best one to visit in case of emergency or any other pet related sickness. The doctors are good. Since it is located near LRM hospital, very convenient to buy medicines in case of emergency.

All the staffs, nurses, doctors are keen towards their own duties. Medicine, foods for pets and pet accessories are all available. Worth visiting

We got rescued cat from JB Paws on 17th Jan 2020, and got her completely checked by the doctor over there and due to non availability of cat vaccination in JB Paws, the doctor suggested us to take her to Mercy. Here in Mercy, we specifically told receptionist that she's 1 month old approx and inquired if she's due for any vaccination (since this was our first time that we planned to have a pet). Then, proptly she made her card and gave her vaccination. Since that day kitten started vomiting and loose stools. Next day we got her admitted in JB Paws and after 4 days of admission she passed away.

Pharmacy is available. Doctor always available. Service is good but charge is a bit high
