A great store with plenty of interesting items for kids, like toys, clothes, shoes, etc.,nas well as accessories useful to new parents. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. The store is conveniently located on Mission Street. A very good place to go. I recommend.

The Store is located in a Good place.nAmbience is Good.nCustomer service is Good.nThere are lots of products Displayed in a very attractive way.nMany products on baby proofing are missing, few are available.nThe cost is very very High. Better price available in other shops on different or local brands. Here they are selling only Branded products.nThe customer feedback backs are taken and answered properly, which many shops don't do. So I have rated 5 star and should continue the same.

Had a great shopping experience with Pondicherry first cry. The staff were super friendly and had good knowledge about the brands which helped me to choose products through video call. I wasnt able to shop there in person due to corono issues.The staff pramila and the owner helped us to reach stuff to our hands safely.Packaging and everything were done good..The store has good ambience and has variety of brands to choose over.All together added, Now am joining hands with the group of first cry Delighted customers.
