Very bad experience with my Orthodontist treatment(getting braces).. They charge very high cost for the treatment..I got my braces there and they charged me 25,000 which is very high..My treatment period is for 10 months in which I need to visit the clinic every 20 days and whenever I call for an appointment they don't respond quickly and i need to call again and again for the appointment(actually they need to call but still i used to call them)...Firstly I don't know much about the Orthodontist treatment and when we talked about the price we asked what will be the total price and they finally fixed at 24,000 but at the end of the treatment(that is after 8-9 months from start) they told you need to pay extra 2500 for retainers and I argued with them that we talked for 24,000 and why are you charging more and in reply they told that, we talked for orthodontist treatment only(they never told me about retainers and I remember correctly that we clearly asked the total price)..When i asked them why didn't you tell me about retainers at first and they told If we tell you then you will not start the treatment(They didn't tell about retainers because if they tell then we will drop from the treatment and so they hide about it )...So I don't want to jeopardize the treatment and told them about the situation that we talked at the first day and finally came to an understanding to pay extra 1,000....At the end of the treatment when they removed the braces but they didn't clean the glue of the teeth which they need to clean it with proper solution but they didn't do it, I came to know about this when I met another doctor for second opinion and he told that they will only clean the glue and asked me why didn't they clean it(obviously they didn't do it so that they can save the money as those solutions are very costly)....So I would not recommend to visit this hospital they are greedy, they tell many lies about the treatment and the management is also not good...
