Trainer is rock solid-military trained, certified professional, good at understanding how each individual body is responsive to workouts as well as diet, very capable of suggesting how to tone body and any muscle cramps relief. Friendly at the same time strict at pushing your limits. Overall this place is hygienic, well equipped, certified pro, adequate parking, enough space, well organised, a/c, water, organised sessions, 5* & must go place.

Very wonderfull experience with workouts... Coaching is outstanding. Coach gives diet based on the our body condition. Pure natural diet. I strongly recomend for you guys.👍
