Foreigners Beware! They just lost a valuable customer!nnI didn't want to give a bad rating the first time but this is the third time I have been met with bad service. I feel the need to warn others, especially foreigners like me.nnWhen I had been shopping for expensive items 5000-20000 rupees pieces then the whole store is serving me. Yet when I have smaller business projects requiring scrap materials, cheaper products then I am made to wait for 1 - 1.5 hour and even then the prices are so overpriced!! Definitely didn't like that vibe and lack of fair customer service.nnBe careful of these guys. Overpriced and may manipulate you. I once specifically requested items within 5000 rupees but on checkout they sold me 2 pieces 10 000 each without even checking with me nor providing refund! Many times they will try to sell you things well over budget.nnThis store is for those that are time pressed or want trendy items. For people like me (that make our own trends ud83dude09) and value affordable, good quality clothes... this is not the store. I will definitely warn my friends and family also. Over the past year as they have become more popular, their service has just been getting poorer. Better off shopping in the many other wholesale markets of Ludhiana. Amazing quality, amazing prices over in akal markets!
