Quality was good. Items I received were not what they looked like on the website, but very similar similar (once again, may be due to quality). Measurements were perfect except sleeves were short, but I ended up making them short sleeve! Did not like the scarf and pants the dresses came with (plain pants, small scarf). Otherwise, loved what I got even though I may have paid more than what I expected.

just got my order in the mail and I'm very impressed with hatkay's quality and service. Will definitely be ordering again. Item looked just as in the picture shown and stitching was perfect. Amazing customer service so happy love you hatkay

The customer service of this business is incredible, she was so attentive and worked very hard - went above and beyond whatever I wanted. The dress is absolutely beautiful, custom tailored. The sleeves were perfect. The one room for improvement is that the bust measurements were not as I had told them, it was smaller by 4 inches which means I have to pay to get it re-tailored. It's a bit disappointing, however I would buy again from this place and stress on the importance of the measurement.
