Nehru Zoological Park

Is it open now. If not, when can we expect to be opened.

A very good zoo.. Nicely maintained. Proper instructions put up everywhere on usage of mask but nobody really checks it after you enter inside.. Go at your own risk in this pandemic... As for animals they have a good variety and number of them..

One of the best place for kids to enjoy. This Zoo park is maintaining good cleaning atmosphere. They banned plastic items which is appreciated. They are ensure clean the place as well. Kids enjoyed a lot here. Visited Bengal Tiger, Lion, Hippopotamus, fox, 🐺, specially butterfly garden is very nice 👍. Used Battery operated vehicle inside the zoo. It is convenient for the people who have kids. They ride the vehicle with low speed and explained about places. Overall it was good place for spending time with family 👍

One of the best place to visit especially with family and I'm sure kids will enjoy even more. When it is summer time you can see lot of visitors from out of station. Only thing is you should carry your own water bottle otherwise you have to drink unclean water from (water tank ) which is build by zoo management. Also the Lion safari is good I can give 3 star out of 5 star... Overal it is Good place to visit in summer

Good place to relax and enjoy your day. The aminities in the park are good. There are a lot of animals, so you can bring your children and young ones to the park for their practical learning and growth. There is a nominal fee to enter the zoo. Plastic bags, even chips packet is not allowed to reduce littering. You can also take your own vehicle inside but not sure if that facility is still available.
