The service center is not where it is mentioned in website. There is no contact no provided. So after searching and asking a no of people, reached at the new address. There is no board outside the building or even the office. Had a really tough time to reach. However the staff was cooperative. They solved my queries and was pleasant to converse. However my problem is not solved and I am told to explore online. Above stars are only for the employees.
Come with your dead drive they'll replace and will deliver your address. But Seagate don't cover data recovery
You have to wait for some time because of covid. This is not them fault, place is ok ok
I deposited my hdd for replacement..they said it will be delivered by 2 weeks..its more than three weeks..and as i am calling on the number from the receipt which they gave me..there are two numbers which are exactly the same...its saying the number which you are trying to call is invalid
I gave my 1 TB HDD for repairing which was within warranty period. They returned me furbished HDD which was defective. I have lost my valuable data. Now they are ignoring me. Never store data in HDD. Worst experience.
