Hi My Name Is Ravi I Am Entrepreneur And I Have My Online Business .I had a scaphoid fracture and was under the cast for 40 days. After removing the cast I was not able to move my wrist properly (there was a stiffness in my wrist movements). So my doctor suggested to go for physiotherapy. Honestly I just googled nearest physiotherapy Centre and I got My Physio Shyam Nagar as most nearby option with good ratings so I thought of trying it.I AM Living Near Gurjar Ki Thadi. Trust me guys it was worth it. I had a total of 10 sessions but I got my range and wrist movements back just after 4-5 sessions. In fact I was able to bowl properly after 3-4 sessions. Overall treatment is very good, equipment's are modern and even the team/staff is quiet friendly and helpful. I am happy and would surely recommend this to my friends and family.
