I have ordered roses from them ...in the evening ...which I have to use for cake decor next day morning ...I have kept the flowers in water whole night ..and next day morning they were all spoiled....flowers were not at all fresh

I ordered a teddy (3500rs) bear from fnp and it was delivered before time, I opened it on the designated date, and found that it was faulty. I called the customer care and they simply were adament that I had to call them with in 48 hours and since I called after 48 hours they won't be helping out. Being the website which is used for gifting options, they don't even understand that gifts are supposed to be open on the occasion and not prior to that. Very unsatisfactory service.Don’t buy any expensive gifts from fnp. Worst exp.

Though it is a small shop but the person who prepares the bouquets, he is a pro in his own style. The place is not too costly which allows us to choose from the variety within our budget. Also the main point, the shop is on the main road making it easier to locate.
