Actually there are two buses running and we book second bus on 27th Octobet with 2nd berth and travels person changed to 5th berth. We booked through redbus app only.There is no seat confirmation in Ivar travels and also pick up timing is also very late.There is no punctuality. Worst service and booked seat no guarentee.

Worst customer handling.. Not at all comfortable bus.. Still using 90s bus.. Not worth for money.. Waste of money.. Very very poor customer handling.

Please don't book ticket in this travels. They will put you in trouble by cancelling your ticket for their comfort and they won't respond also. I faced this issue yesterday.

Sir,nI traveled 26th night Chennai to theni. I'm asking your drivers y u stopped many times. Suddenly they reacted very rude and stop the bus. I'm never face these problems for my life. Here after I will never choice your travels and I will strongly suggest to my friends also.nRegardsnT. Nataraj
