Worst service. Dont get fooled by their cakes which hardly contain fruits as displayed in original cake. Hugh loss of money. Worst...will never order again..better buying ourself.

Really a bad and worst service from fernsnpetals. From my side half star only because my this is my 3rd time i ordered a cake from here and every time cake delivered late not on time delayed by 2,3 hour. And this my order supposed to delivered on 23rd march because of the curfew i got a mail that it can be re schedule on 26 march so i said ok i got a mail and message on 26 march morning that my order will delivered today between 6am to 3pm . I call them at 2 pm then again they are saying it will not delivered today i can re schedule on 15 april. My question if they dont want to delivered today why they send me a message and a mail that it will delivered today and they should call me saying this is the problem we cannot delivered but it is other way around i am calling them to know my order status. Worst experience

I ordered a teddy bear from fnp and it was delivered before time, I opened it on the designated date, and found that it was faulty. I called the customer care and they simply were adament that I had to call them with in 48 hours and since I called after 48 hours they won't be helping out. Being the website which is used for gifting options, they don't even understand that gifts are supposed to be open on the occasion and not prior to that. Very unsatisfactory service.
