My wife has ordered some nice flowers to me, it was like the hand bunch. She selected something nice and the flowers I received were just buds they were not bloomed. So basically I have received a buds bunch instead of a flower bunch. Very disappointed. I have placed that bunch in a bowl with water and 2 days later they started blossoming. I will never ever use their service again and do not recommend at all. They should refund me but no clue what would they do. I have pictures also before and after. Poor presentation.

None of the numbers of arena flowers are valid or reachable. I had ordered a bouquet of roses to be delivered between 8am to 2pm to my fiance's office. The office time is going to be over now and my roses are not even out for delivery. On top of this, there is no response from arena flowers when I try to call them and no proper response on email either.
