Kalyaan Speciaality Hospital (Heart Attack/Diabetes Care/Surgery/Dialysis/Endoscopy)

No proper response from reception. All they do is collect money from patients that's it .once you paid the money no one care about you. Atleast they need to provide proper timing for consulting doctor. I spent totally 8hours for echo test which is only a 5 minutes procedure . If your want to check any heart related issues especially ECHO test please don't visit here very very poor response.

Not even considering about a star here !! This doctor here refused to do ECHO for a patient (my family member) who came with chest pain and palpitation just becoz she was not willing to undergo dialysis !!! My patient was made to sit there in ICU fr a day and we were not even informed about the wereabouts about her since admission. All they wanted to do was insist dialysis. The doctor here failed to understand that it is patients rights to deny a particular process or treatment considering thier financial and mental states ..we have no rights to force them at any point !!!! Instead u have humiliated my family and denied to continue treatment saying “I’m not willing to do ECHO , discharge them “ ....I’m a doctor too and I totally leave it to the patients comfort zone after explaining the complications involved if they don’t undergo that particular treatment.. Wat sort of doctor denies to continue patient treatment when they just refused to undergo just dialysis ? Tats all is the respect given to a old aged person (pushing them out of the hospital becoz u cannot make income from her ?) A kind advice to People reading this post !!! Never say yes to any procedure tat the hospital or the doctor (particularly this hospital) is pushing u to undergo..without looking into wat u wil b going through..u have all the rights to question them becoz ur paying us (doctors) and we help u ...esp the doctor has no rights to humiliate u about ur education (he did to my family).i hope Dr.kalayanasundaram sir answers to all my questions.. I wanted to talk to u but the hospital staff refused to connect .so I decided to post it here so tat I get a response.

Worst hospital in Tamilnadu. They provide low-quality tablets, which don't even give a mild change of effect so that you'll be going there back to back... They are not treating patients, Just doing some business. Don't ever think to get treatment there.
