I took my kids there for breakfast. 5 Stars for the quality and quantity of food. One Star for presentation. In fact, there was zero presentation because, for the time being, they scrapped buffet due to the Coronavirus scare. Ala carte menu was limited to Desi "tiffin" cuisine, omlette, chicken salami, cheese, egg Benedict, coffee .... Also, I suppose, its not practical to serve buffet when only a half dozen or so customers attend breakfast. Dessert option is limited to muffins. Very disappointing. But one must give credit where due: the serving staff, a fleeting few, did their utmost to please. There was hardly any waiting time for food to be served and attending staff were anxious to please The service was pleasant and professional. Must compliment Mr Francis and the rest of the staff for making our dining experience as pleasant as practical under the current pandemic circumstances. Thank you.

Words couldn't describe how beautiful this place is... The Hotel management is so helpful and delicious food is served The rooms are so spacious and well maintaned Talking about pool I loved it I always recommend this to my friends and family to stay there. I personally enjoyed being there and had so much fun

Have been to this Hotel couple of business meeting's and we had organised an Event with 300 Guests last year. The hotel is widely known to have hosted many important meetings and some foreign delegations, the architects have put on more thought in its shaping as perfectly making out spacious hallways that could cater a bunch of people and halls where someone could hold any seminar.You’re welcomed by aroma of fresh wine being sold right to the main door and the from their a small pool like theme brights up the essence even more..The hotel is open for more sunlight to swoop in and the rooms are well cleaned and maintained as in the case of every 5-starred hotels.More of a classy, formal and elegant in its way and situated right at happening place of the city...

Sharing the most cold experience of a Five Star hotel stay which misses out on the basic requirements of warmth and hospitality. Repetitive breakfast menu. Non helpful attitude of the front office team at restaurant. Most NON RECOMMENDED PROPERTY IN HYDERABAD

I stayed here for 1 week quarantine after the International travel. Quarantine discipline was well maintained. Room facilities were good. Thanks
