Completely Horrible ...The Service provided was very bad bus maintenance was also terrible...neither the driver not the conductor is aware of damaged products inside the vehicle. No Safety Provided for the passengers and the driver does not even know the directions .Please do not book universal travels and dont waste your money

Worst travels...please don't transit or u will feel worse... most hated experience..had been used 4 times, since I had no otherway... Everytime their response, punctuation everything is missing..please don't use...if u get good experience it's very appreciatable
