Responses are very Rude, Disrespectful, and Arrogant.nnMy relative transferred 2200 INR on my behalf for a Malaysian visa on January 19, 2020 through mobile banking. In the remarks my name was mentioned. Due to security purposes however we couldn’t a screenshot of the transaction in the mobile during transfer.nnWhen I checked with these people about my Visa status, the travels people said they did not receive my money at first. After a few days Rahmathullah, from the travels, started asking for a receipt as proof for the bank deposit otherwise won’t accept. How can we produce a deposit slip if we transferred money via mobile banking?nnIf they received my money and making up excuses saying they cannot see it, they will for sure pay back for it Akhirah (i.e. hereafter). Allah is the best of Judges and will ensure that the rights of the people are restored.nnMy humble request to all customers. Please be careful when you deal with these travels. This can happen to anyone.nnIn the end I lost 2200 INR...
