One of Worst Hospital ever seen in my life. Their only intention is Money , Money ....that's it.There is " zero level of transparency " in Treatment & Billing. There will not be any proper response from the Management , especially those who are sitting in the Reception , Pharmacy . Especially , Anbu , the so-called fellow sitting in the Front Desk will never respond to any patients .
Velan Hospitals , Don't loot our Hard-Earned money in the Form of Medical Treatment . Your Credibility lies in your Hospitality , the way of treating the IP & OP , not just by infrastructure . Velan Hospitals ,Teach your Front Desk office staff's , how to handle the Patients . Try to learn from stalwarts like KMC , TMCH , TMC , Maruthi Hospitals , Dr.Balasubramaniyam , Dr. Chenniyappan ,
Dr. Suthakaran , Dr. Ramachandran ,
Dr. Anandan ( TMC ), Dr.Avitus John Rakesh

Velan Hospital Admin, I've read your reply in this regard. I would like to Convey that " I've not requested anything unethical or against your medical practice ". Patient has been Discharged only after RT-PCR tests results came Negative. Why should i retain when Patient is Stable & no further hospitalisation is required??? . Also, before discharge your hospital Management took a written statement, stating that " Patient is Discharged on his/her own risk & Hospital Management is not responsible for aftermath.
Also , during discharge your Front-Desk Staff ANBU gave us a consolidated Bill in a Blank A4 Sheet without proper Letter Head of your Hospital. Is this the Way you will produce a final settlement Bill???
Regarding Claim Form ,
As per the Direction given by HR & CMO,BHEL we submitted a claim form to Front-Desk Staff ANBU. 10-15 day's I was visiting your Hospital for getting it Done. When I called your Front-Desk , there is No proper response giving lame Excuse.
Dear Admin , My Intention is not to Criticize or Defame your Reputation. Personally, I had bitter experience during our Treatment.
Please instruct your Front- Desk staff how to handle the IP & OP.
Very clean and tidy. Well maintained. Dr. Tamilselvi is taking care of her patients with friendly, politely and service oriented. The nursing and housekeeping services are good. The front office executive Mrs .Rosy is polite and explains well. Convinced with care of the hospital.
Velan Hospitals provides excellent medical care to the patients. The doctors are very knowledgeable and pays close attention to each and every details to help with the recovery of patients. The doctors are friendly, make informed decisions, and constantly keep the patients' families apprised on the patient progress. The medical and admin staff are very supportive and takes care of the patients very well. The healthcare services provided by the doctors, nurses, medical staff and admins are excellent and highly appreciated!
First Of All Thank You Everyone.All The Staff Members And Nurses Were Very Helpful And Supportive To Me And My Mom.Thank You Very Much.The Hospital Is Very Clean.No Complaints.Mainly I Would Like To Thank The Nurse Who Worked In The ICU. Once Again Thank You To All !!
