Highly disappointed this time. I was using there services quite a long, however this time after observing twice i am putting it here . I used there washing and ironing service. There weigh machine is completely a disaster, everytime the weight is different even the rates. Last week i have given the rate of 50kg this time although the weight of my clothes are not clear to the collection person itself.still they charged 65kg. And when you convey to the collection person i like to speak to the owner ,they never revert back,they only communicate some body will contact you,but nobody does . highly bad experience.
