Best and quick service provided by Sumit Nigam at ferns and petals (greater Noida) today made me to pen down my experience. Besides their policy of booking slot in advance, he listens and considers my neccesity of delivering cake and roses without prior booking within two hours. He made sure of all the stuff just on a single call from my side.nI am staying far away from my husband and want to make our anniversary special. He actually make it special with his quick response, best service and tasty ud83cudf82 ud83dude0aud83cudf70(of course).I recommend everyone to consider his place and services to make your special days more special. Kudos to the team!

Very very very bad experience with Ferns n Petals brand...First time I placed an order for some flowers chocolates and teddy bear combo for my friends birthday and they asked me to choose the time slot. As per my selection of the time slot I.e. 8 am- 3pm today, I planned everything for the surprise which I wanted to give to my friend..nIt is 6 pm and till now the order is not been delivered.nI was trying to connect with the agent Waseem via app ticket section but no solution..then I tried customer care and Ms Avneet was their with same standard answers with the sorry of inconvenience caused..when I asked for refund and it was mentioned that as per policy receipient should not accept the delivery (to add who is unaware of this surprise)...WHAT A SOLUTION.nI am really very unhappy such a bad experience with FnP.. and would suggest everyone not to prefer FnP for your special days..they will going to ruin the moment..FnP is least bothered of customers feeling, emotion.nBig NO for Ferns and petals.nnN I am still waiting for your senior manager call and order to be delivered to my friend and of course my refund.
