Very local packing. Ask them to send pics before starting delivery.. they did not. Personal note was send on white paper rather than card. Don’t do this to customers. At least tell what all you have before delivering it. It was embarrassing.

Thank you ferns n petals i really appreciate your efforts today i had called them because my brother wants a bouquet for his girlfriend and in order to help him out with this i called several flower shops or flower vendors near me none of them help me out with an instant delivery but ferns n petals provided me the bunch of flowers in a bouquet in a amazing manner it was looking nice. I gave my brother the bouquet and he gave presented that bouquet to his love.nThanks for ferns n petals to delivering it in half an hour in the peak hours and it was peak day as well cz of valentines day.
