This is a great little urban campground, conveniently-located and at the right price. Even during covid times, you won't find anywhere cheaper in Moab to stay - the cheapest hotel cost over twice as much. It's on a residential side street, close to restaurants and shops. I paid $40 for 2 people for one night.nnThe bathrooms were clean and they had spray bottles with watered-down bleach to use before/after you touched things. Masks were provided outside the restroom. The men's restroom had 2 toilet stalls, 2 sinks, and 2 shower stalls. The water was hot. They also apparently offer paid showers to the public for $7 (?). You do have to walk like 1 minute from your car to the sites - wheelbarrows are provided. There's a utility sink for dish washing, and they sell ice bags at a reasonable cost.nnI stayed on a Saturday night and got a late start, so there was no noise from construction or the nearby school. It was so quiet, I was worried I'd wake people up by walking on the gravel by the restrooms! I'd say the place was maybe half full, and I slept in and didn't wake up while anybody was leaving, because it was almost empty by the time I woke up.nnThe price is great for a single person campsite. The more people you add, it does get higher, but you're basically paying for the restroom and the convenient location.

Stayed here for three nights with my husband at site 11. Site was spacious and at the back away which I loved because we didn't have anyone walking past us. I'm not a big camper, like having things clean and am a light sleeper so I expected to be miserable during my time here. VERY pleasantly surprised. Bathrooms were so clean! Everything was adorable! Yes there was some noise, but not bad at all. I live downtown in a very large city, so maybe I'm just used to it. Would definitely come back!

Fantastic! Clean! Great COVID plan! So nice to have showers and dish washing sinks! I've stayed here numerous times and will again and again. Brad and Ariel are kind and consciousness host/hostess. It's great that they allow you to reserve a shaded spot which I highly suggest if you are staying for several days. It's really nice to be right in town but feel like you are out in nature. So many large, shady trees and grassy areas to hang out on.

Great place. Affordable, walking distance to town. Owners are great people

Way too noisy. Heard a dog parking for 2 hours in the middle of the night. A hobo was living on the creek and I guess someone in the middle of the night destroyed his tent. Both of them were arguing. Oh, and the construction work + the cars noise wasn't pleasant.nI'd also suggest removing those parking blocks, My husband tripped over it and was almost going to fall face first on the picnic table.nI wouldn't stay here again.
