During this pandemic UPS certainly did not disappoint..the customer service was extremely prompt..they informed me about everything step, document and price for the delivery (international). The delivery boys arrived next day and were very helpful since I couldn't print documents..and my parcel reached exactly on time (2-3 days).nIn this time of need UPS stepped up.nPs: their services are restricted to only essential items during the lockdown.

I’m an American traveling through India and desperately needed some important documents sent to me from home. Obviously this task is nerve wracking, inconvenient and VERY expensive. While UPS certainly didn’t disappoint with being pricey ($$$!) - documents that were dropped in the mailbox on Friday afternoon in America got to us in India by Monday afternoon (2 days with no hiccups). I used this UPS facility address to receive my mail. While it’s true I never got through to reception when I tried to call the facility and alert them of the arrival of the parcel, security and the receptionist were welcoming when we arrived unannounced. The process of receiving the mail was straightforward, we were offered coffee while we waited for the package to arrive, and were relieved everything went so smoothly. Overall, I’m a happy customer.
