If the restaurant is going to automatically include tip on the check, you should have a disclaimer somewhere. Our service was horrible. We had to ask for another chair as the table we were seated at did not have enough chairs. The food was okay, nothing amazing. The service is what was really lacking. The server had a mask which she wore on her chin the whole time (nose and mouth exposed and masks are required currently). The server did not know what mixed drinks were available or offer a drink menu (if one exists). She forgot stuff, wrote our orders on her hand. She brought out a drink one of my friends just asked about, but did not order. When she brought it out, my friend said she did not order it. She did ask if she could try it since at this point it would have to be thrown out and was willing to pay for it if she liked it. She did not like it and gave it back. Then another server came out with more drinks including the one my friend tried trying to ask who ordered it. My friend told that server no one ordered it and it needed to be thrown out. Took forever to get us our checks when we asked for them. Brought back cards but never brought back change for 2 who paid with cash. We had to ask for it. Then we realized tip was automatically included at 20%. Yes, I asked for my tip back and tipped nothing. If you tell me in advance you will automatically add tip, fine. If not, let me determine what your tip should be. I never walk away without leaving a tip, even on bad service. I also usually tip very well, even on mediocre service. I was really turned off by this experience and will not return to this restaurant in the future.

I thought I had had the very best grilled cheese in Seattle. Well ... have to say the Adult Grilled Cheese sandwich I had at New Delhi Cafe totally knocked it out of the park! Sourdough bread with a fantastic crispyness and the creamiest blend of cheeses was absolutely awesome! To make it even better, it came with sweet potato waffle fries - yum! Hubs had the Reuben and absolutely loved it with the wedge fries that came with it. You absolutely get your money's worth with these two orders - we will be back the next time we are in Eureka Springs! Also, the servers were wonderful!!! Highly recommend New Delhi Cafe!

My family had a wonderful experience here! Safety precautions like limited seating and masks made us feel safe. And for me, allergies are a major concern. I felt our server, Robby, was knowledgeable and accommodating. And the staff was very friendly. We received no negative attitude for my special diet or for our young kids. If your vegan (like me) there are several options. The chutney veggie burger was delicious as was my husband's veggie masala. Highly recommend and we'll be back the next time we are through!

Great terrace to sit at. Prices were decent compared to the area. I had a burger that came out charred and cool. I was there at noon, so it should have been hot. The person I was with had a chicken curry wrap. It was huge, and the wrap was warm, but the filling was not heated at all, just room temperature. The fries were good and hot. The main courses honestly seemed like we were being served leftovers. We will probably go back and enjoy drinks on the terrace, but no food.

Great Food! Located in Eureka Springs though.
