One of the best school at Ghatal. It's a heritage school. Pandit Iswarchandra Vidyasagar give 500 rupees to establish this school. It was establish in the year of 1882.nEnvironment is very good for studies.Well disciplined. Teachers are teaches very well. Besides school you can see Silabati river. I miss those days of my school life.

Ghatal Vidyasagar High School has a lot of history in West Bengal and India. The school is located on the banks of the river Shilabati. In this school usually boys study but eleventh class and Both boys and girls study in class XII. The late former President Pranab Mukherjee once visited the school as a guest. This school has Arts, Science and Commerce subjects.
