First time going to Elizabeth Street Cafe and it's already one of my favorites. Everything was outstanding! Excellent service, the food was delicious Everything I tried from appetizers to desserts was incredible. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and very nice. Looking forward to go back pronto.

So good. So so good. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, and happy hour — all of it. Love the coffee and tea program, too. The ambiance and friendliness of the staff has always been a delight. For a long time has been on my list of places to take out of town guests.

The decor was very chic, cozy and welcoming with smiling faces from the staff and a very warm vibe. The food was fresh, packed a really flavorful punch and downright delicious, although most of the dishes had some sort of mint with it - not a bad thing. Drinks/coffee were also top notch, great way to kick of a weekend morning.

THE GOOD - the wait staff was very nice and efficient. THE BAD - the food! It is by no means authentic Vietnamese. I didnt even see a Vietnamese person in the kitchen that should've been a sign. It was a group of us and we ordered Binh Mi, pho, Singapore noodles, and fried rice with ribeye...none of it was good. We didn't eat a 1/4 of it. Springrolls are good but not authentic. THE UGLY - the price!!! The food DOES NOT match what you pay for. I don't mind coming out of the pocket for good food but for what we tasted we pretty much were robbed. I will not return and do not recommend this place. (Please note the one star is for the wait staff and the springrolls, the food does not get a star).
