No doctor visit patient for once atleat. They always create confusion over treatment and never share any report with patient/family.nnAlways try to extort money in cash without bill. Often refuses to accepts credit card/online payment/other mode of payment.nnFemale staff always speaks loudly,e which disturb patient. Very bad experience.

...no any facilities available here...here time waste for critical condition patient ....and no any servival by doctors ...they have no fix time for looking the patient....i look very bad exp in this hospital....my experience is after refer from this hospital ..when i went other hospital they said that hospital ntng do ......i dont understand how this hospital is certified by ISO....only lost of mony and hope to be fall our ralative in danger way ..thats truth i saw hereud83dude21

Arogya niketan is not recommendable at all, they don't care about the patient,they only care about money. They have no service, not good staff. On 29th may my mother was admitted in arogya niketan under Dr Kaushik Datta due to stomach infection, my mother is no more now,my mother was admitted at 3 am on 29th may and death at 8 am in the morning of 2nd July, they made a bill of aprx 40 thousand plus 23 thousand for medicine, they charges bed charges for 6 days even my mother was there only for 4 days,they have provided one aaya between 3 cabins. Gaestrologist doctor visited only once to see my mother and hospital charges rs 3 thousand for his single visit. I experienced insensitivity and inhumanity there.

Very bad experience during my father’s treatment at Arogya Niketan Nursing Home - Uttarpara, very very disappointed with Dr Kausik Munsi's treatment to my father, My father is no more.
