Bishnupur girls high school in 1967 In 19th century Western Europe, the most common way for girls to access education was at home, through private tutoring, and not at school, due to the strong resistance to women's involvement in schools. By contrast, in the US, early feminists were successful in establishing women's educational institutions. These were different from and considered inferior to men's institutions, but they created some of the first opportunities to formalized higher education for women in the Western world. The Seven Sisters colleges offered unprecedented emancipation for women. The pioneer Salem College of Winston-Salem, North Carolina was founded in 1772, originally as a primary school, later becoming an academy (high school) and finally a college. The New England Female Medical College(1848) and the Woman's Medical College of Pennsylvania (1850) were the first medical institutions in the world established to train women in medicine and offer them the M.D. degree.[4]

Bishnupur Girls High School is located in Bishnupur a few metres away from the main road you can reach their walking... The principal is now very rough and tough the teacher said good students makes good result but it is supposed to know that student of the boys make more good result than this. the location is in a calm place and the surrounding good...nthere are so many trees visitor school and there is a little ground in front of the school and very big iron gate. Size of the school is not really pic but good enough.

GOOD SCHOOLnnTheir are one play ground inside. School is no nearby Railway Station . School has two bulding (two floors each). From 5 to 12 only for girls. Result of 10th and 12th standard become better every year.nnTheir teacher is very goodnnThey also motivate har student for good job.
