What can I say for the company but I can tell alot about their staff. Firstly, my house has been facing power cuts like freaking every two or three days a week, it comes and goes. And me and my father has been going to the office frequently. The person who takes down the complaint just jots down the complaint it's he's job to fill those pages but no problems are solved. They didn't even come to my place not even once. And then comes the line man, he might be god or something he just says he's coming but god knows when. And when I called that line man he just yelled at me saying I have others jobs to do like I have all the free time in this earth. Why are these people even working ? what about the job and the service they need to provide in exchange for money that they bagged every month.nJust do your job well just do it. I wish that their were negative stars I would give them a least out of it because they truly deserve it.

I Stay in 12 mile and its been many day there is continuous power failure. Many times i have complained but not result. Today since last night there was no power, the whole day no power. Just now it showd up but again gone. 12 mile is close to the main town. If the condition of a place near the town is such. We can just imagine how people live in far villages....... But if you dnt pay the bill on time they will alwz slap you with a fine. ..

Pathetic does not even deserve one star it has been months now complaining about the elecrtric current flow and voltage fluctuations yet no response from them. The website does have complain number but it's absolutely useless. We have kids at home and this current leakage is a very serious issue which needs to get resolved as early as possible, but I wonder how will that happen?.I'm writing this review out of frustration for which I also know that it is actually useless because nothing will be done.

Least bothered: it has been two days since our area has gone without electricity. Even after calling in the helpline number there was no helpful response and told us to lodge a complaint in a landline number which was out of reach.
