Unprofessional rude and illiterate drivers, i try to bargain and he said, free me thodi na ho jaegi.nIf they are behaving like this before booking ,god knows how they behave after booking.nNever gonna book from here.

Very unrealiable taxi service. The agents make fake promise and the taxi do not turn up. Really bad !!! - BEWARE. STRONGLY Do Not Use

Very unreliable taxi service. They have increased their rates but service not up to the mark. Booked a taxi from Delhi to dehradun for 23 February morning. They said that car was in good condition. But when arrived very dirty from outside. AC not working. As per driver it was owned by uts owner. Car no.Uk07ta 9160 silver coloured tata indigo. Instead of uts name your service as kts (khatara taxi service). Be ware of them. Liars they are.

one of the worst ever service, i booked for airport and they send a dirty taxi, was scared what if the taxi has problem in way and i lose my flight , but thanks it did not, booked once more from airport to home, they said its confirmed , called again one day before they said its confirmed dont worry, called just before flight, they said you havent booked, anyway they said we will book again, reached airport, called them they said driver is at Noida so it will take time to reach airport. Booked taxi directly from airport. My advice never book this company , you may lose flight or get stranded.
