While I am grateful to Dehradoon Cab owner Preeti for arranging the rice and Til twice prior to our Yatra , I am disappointed with the service levels .nnOne must finalise the trip Dehradoon Kedarnath Dehradoon back ,no of days/nights plus kms while dealing with this company as during the journey there can be traffic jams / land slides , for a few hours delay they charge full day extra .nnPrivacy is issue during travel . Out of two drivers , one driver was good but other one was rash driver.nLast year I booked same journey through make my trip and had far better experience as driver/ owner went out of their way to ensure I catch my flight where as this time we felt we were held to ransom for one full day extra charges.nnOne of The drivers was taking our pics without our knowledge and our private conversation was quoted to us by the owner which had nothing to do with her or her taxi company. So be careful.nnWill NOT use this company ever again
