My first journey in royal cruiser from dhanbad to Kolkata. The quality of bus and clean lines are good. Seat are comfortable but speaker quality is bad. The bus didn't reach on its time. I feel very safe on journey because driver are highly experienced.

First time doing journey from kolKolk to bokaro stee city in Royal cruiser with a poor experience. Thier service is extremely poor.end number of stoppages like the local buses. Not at all committed to the scheduled time. They pick up passenger every now and then. They commit 6:05 hrs of journey time for the distance but it is running by 1.5 hr late from the scheduled time. Right now it is getting 9:30 in Dhanbad whereas it should have arrived at Bokaro stee city by 9:15 which will take another 1 hour.nOver all bad experience and bad service.

Very bad experience ...this is the second time while travelling from kolkata to bokaro the bus has stopped mid way due to some major breakdown for more than an hour...it tests our patience ...why is the maintenance work not done properly before leaving for the journey
