We had booked trip to Shimla, Kulu & Manali fir Summer 2020 through Royal Trip Makers. The itenenary was well planned and every thing was customised. Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, our trip was cancelled. The advance amount of Ra.1,00,000/- was paid to them. Mr. Saurabh Sharma, proprietor of Royal Trip Makers refunded entire amount. We were so delighted for their valuable concern. We had 3rd trip to Kerala with Royal trip Makers. They are really professional, earlier in Jammu Kashmir trip when our vehicle got breakdown, they immediately arranged new vehicle. Therefore our trip was not spoiled due to delay, also accomodation was superb. Good hospitality, time management, economic and professionals are among these characteristics.

We have booked kerla trip with Royal Trip Makers in January 2020n. We have 4families around 15 membersnWe have also paid 90000 advance for booking 3star hotel and making arrangement of vehicle. Due to carona we are unable to go kerla. We inform such to Royal Trip Makers andasked about Refund of money.nThey are piecefully give us response and told us that we make refund one by one in installment.they told that they are not in a position to make full refund.nAnd within 4 months without any follow-up with them they refunded our money in 3 installmentnI heard that other tourist company they are not refunded money to the people they offer cash credit means availedthis amount to any time to visit the place.nWe are lucky that they refund all our money without any deductionsnWe see at their site hotel room which they are booked for us it is very nice and beautiful.nWhenever the carona finish we definately to planned kerla or anywhere only with Royal Trip Makers .we are beleive that they provide us good and quality service.
