Worst championship won by this electricity board my reading shows 2900 but the bill generated is 4000 units so the difference is 1100 units for 1 month doesn't it sound crazy but actually it is. No customer care support, no persons working out there support and during this corona situation that bhagam bhag sarkari offices ka chakkar lagana baki hai. These and many other small & big things like kachra utana by municipality, other municipality services that they say doesn't provide even person pay taxes housing tax that makes Jharkhand a state who has no identity for god sake among the other states of India so that makes Jharkhand a state where a person do not want to live but majbory hi aise hai कई लोगों कि की क्या बताये. Hoping my electricity connection persists and that problem get sorted out...

I am very sorry to say that the power condition is very very worst in Ranchi, specially for Kanta tolinThe power failed is more than the power live.nEach and every day power are cut in the day and night also without any reason. we are facing very much problem for this daily routine work get Disturbed due to power failure in night. I have a doughter of jst 2 yrs old every day she wake up after Power cut. I am unable tonThe time of power failure are not like 5 to 10 min, power failure will continue till 1 to 2 hours.nSir it's request you to please check this problem for this we are very thankful to you.nAnd also customer care services is very very poor.
