I pretty much like the gym as it has a dietician, trainers and advance techniques for fitness and weight loss. The exercises are customized person to person. The charges are nominal. There is no personal trainer but each trainee gets personal attention from the trainers which is impressive. The trainers are decent and friendly enough. And the environment is nice and encouraging.
