Earlier I had a very good opinion on joyalukas but now after facing bitter experience my opinion changed.explaination given to a damaged piece by Goldsmith and manager is very rude...they sold damaged piece and response to customer once sold is worst..I suggest not to visit kadapa store joyalukas.. Goldsmith and manager are worst in their own part...many damaged pieces in display..an eye opening message to customers to not deceived by the damaged pieces.worst customer receiving.apart from selling damaged piece we had to visit store again in 10 mts during this carona pandemic.

Good variety of gold ornaments along with silver and diamond jewellery. Staff are quite cordial and the place is good. There is also a good collection of watches surprisingly. Gold jewellery dominates Silver and Diamond though
