This is the best fitness center i have seen.....nWell trained trainers....nVery disciplined......nIt's very tidy.....nPrice is less,but the work out u gain frm here was more......nThe motto of this gym is...nNO PAIN,NO GAINnThank u naresh sir

VERY good place to do work out.all the trainers in gym are very friendly. Boys and girls can do work out. There is no problem for girls to do work out.The trainers will give very good work out. They will see everything what we are doing in work out. Thank you sunny for giving good work out #naresh .

Naresh gym definitely does not have a world class equipment but trust me it has got a world class trainer. Want to gain muscle? Lose fat? Increase fitness? This man will take care your purpose and you as well. Not only the trainer, it has got a bunch of people who are quite experienced and friendly. What more do you want? Definitely not world class equipment and AC.
