I have purchased idee brand sunglasses to my wife in VIP road Visakhapatnam central. There sales man cheated us by saying all the wrong features. I went to Visakhapatnam central VIP road again and I raised the concern with the management and the manager came to meet me after long waiting and not even telling his name and not holding his ID card with him. Some people will come and tell that they are the managers and behaviour rudely with the customers they don’t care about the customer satisfaction. Even after so much of discussion they are not ready to show there ID cards with me and not ready exchange the product even I told them if extra amount I need to pay I ll pay it but they are not ready to provide service and updates us they are the main managers, but they are not the managers. The person name is BEVARA SAI JAGADESH. even I’m not sure about this name. Because they are telling all the fake names just to be safe and to avoid escalation.nThe management was not correct and don’t care about the customer satisfaction.highly disappointed with the service

I bought idee sun glasses here.... That was the worst sales ever... Just to sale the products They are bluffing people and giving wrong products.... There was no customer satisfaction.... Giving all the worst and old stock and cheating people by saying wrong features

This place is the best one for heavy discounts. You will find discount of around 50-60% many times in a year. I choose this place as it has many brands and good number of collections. Would recommend to visit this place before the end of this year ( 2019) as the offer may not last long.nnPros : various brands with huge discounts.nCons: cashier and central staff's behavior is not so good.
