Nice place to stay. Rooms were cleaned. Hotel staff was supportive. Only thing needed to improve is Food menu, need to include more dishes.

Ginger Hotel Guwahati is typed to keep Apollo Hospital's COVID patients. Ginger Hotel is charged over 4500/- rs per day and they provide 3 meals a day which is very poor quality of food.nThe staff is misbehaved and the behaviour of the hotel room services are incredibly poor.nHospitality is very poor.nThis Ginger hotel. The worst experience of my life traveling in the extremely bad. Despite complaints at all levels including the general manager about the basic need including a comfortable bed, food and hygiene; No improvement. Such a terrible experience. The quality of the food is so poor.nnI would strongly recommend not staying in a hotel with false promises and acts.
