Booked a ticket, Airlines postponed the flight so they gave a full refund. But these guys put it in a credit voucher and there is no way I can talk to a human being. I want my money back immediately in my account.

Make My Trip Team, Sorry to say that your team is very unprofessional in terms of no response! My Indigo flight that was booked on March from MAKE MY TRIP got cancelled due to operational issue. Indigo team has mailed saying they have refunded the cancelled ticket amount to Make my trip. But so far, after 4 months I still haven't received the amount from your team. Their online services is horrible! The links that has been sent via SMS and Mails doesn't work! No one picks call at the customer care centre. Do change your system Make my trip. Hope to receive my money soon!
