I left my purse with all cards in Madurai Radha sankarankoil bus . My wonder ! It was safely kept in their office . I got it after 3 days . I appreciate the driver to bus cleaner for their sincerity, geniuses and truthfulness. Really I am overwhelmed by the attitude of the Madurai Radha travels . Hats off to you

Today the ticket checker refused to accept the online ticket. In spite of booking online, we were arguing with him to board the bus. Though we show the online ticket print out, the SMS we receive from them, the ticket checker never accepts those facts. He try to sell the ticket to others in the bus stand at Rs.900. Shame on you Madurai Radha Travels Management...If you try to sell the booked tickets to someone else to make more money, not allowing the ticketed passengers to board on the bus, you are going to be out of business soon. They use the luggage to send their couriers and don't allow the passengers to use the luggage space...They charge additional money even for one suitcase. Management don’t bother about their employees and their passengers. Good bus...Very pathetic management.

Worst Travel , No time keep up .

poor communication, already 1.5 hrs gone. still waiting for bus, now asking me to come to new location .tracker link does not work.. irresponsive team .worst experience. .. *Zero Star*

RADHA TRAVEL IS ONE OF THE FRAUD COMPANY. IF YOU CHOOSE A/C SLEEPING COACH BUS A/C IS NOT WORKING I F U ASKED DRIVER. DRIVER SAYS U REMOVE YOUR SHIRTS AND SLEEP. TO SAVE PETROL TO OUR OWNER.NON A/C SLEEPING SLEEPING COACH BUS ARE LESS THAN 500 BUT RADHA TRAVELS COST IS 710.SO THEY ARE CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS.HEARING THIS YOU TAKE THE CHOICE WHETHER TO PREFER RADHA TRAVELS OR NOT.(IF YOU BOOK A SEAT THE DRIVERS GET MONEY FROM PASSENGERS AND WILL CHANGE YOUR SEATS)
