Place of historical values. Huge premises and elegant buildings but due to lack of maintenance it's diminishing day by day. A beautiful pound is also point of attraction inside premises where peoples come and sit for a long pouring their legs inside water where fishes do a little massage. Nice environment. Nearby area is great. Monkeys are another thing to attract visitors but one must be careful of monkeys.

Great place for worship .Maa Kali's Dham Shyama Kali temple is built on the pyre in Darbhanga, Bihar. A large number of devotees visit here and all Manglik works are also done. This temple is known as Shyama Mai's temple. Shyama Mai's temple is built on the pyre of Maharaja Rameshwar Singh at the crematorium Ghat and is an unusual occurrence in itself. Maharaja Rameshwar Singh was one of the seeker kings of the Darbhanga royal family. Due to the name of the king, this temple is known as Rameshwari Shyama Mai. The temple was founded by Maharaj Kameshwar Singh of Darbhanga in 1933.nThe statue of mother was brought from Paris - Historians say that this statue came from Paris. Visiting the feet of Mother Shyama Kali fulfills every wish of the devotees. On the part of the mother, there is a delectable Raktim or yellow cloth. This idol of Maa Kali is of four arms. The right hand always blesses the visiting refugees. The entire temple complex is always in a bustling mood and the atmosphere is vibrant with Jai Shyama Mai's Jayghosh..nJai mata di.

The way the temple architecture is there is quite peaceful and awesome. There is a square pond and on each side there is a temple designated for 4 deities. It is a spectacular view. Recommended at night to visit and even during the festivals
