Extremely poor customer service. First of all nobody was guiding properly which counter to go to, for buying a lehenga. Then I was sent to a counter where guy told me to go to the first floor. After I went to first floor the guy there started laughing and said we dont have lehengas (which was strange because they had it in display). I mean if you think it's funny sit at home. Don't open a shop and waste people's time. After taking a tour of the entire shop I wasn't able to buy anything, because nobody was paying attention. Staff kept on dodging me from place to the other. Will not recommend, if you have self respect don't go.

Poor customer experience. Rude staff and behaviour. They don't know how to talk to and serve customer. I had to take money back because of their behaviour. Above all, they cheat on pricing also. Beware of this store.

I have been knowing this shop when it was in Hathwa market.one of the best shops with Premium collection and very nice designer wear.nThe staffs are very polite and respectful.nAnd coming on to collection one of the best collections with good range of diversity in the designer wears.
