Better to visit any good doctor with individual clinic rather than this Opthal center. No sense of individual responsibility or sense of ownership. Most of your checkups won't even be done by doctors, they would be some technicians. Even they recommended wrong lens power to me, which is the simplest thing. I wasted Rs.5500 on purchasing costly glasses from them only. Later when it didn't give good visibility, I got tested elsewhere and they changed power.

Staff of this institution are very rude with the patients, they prefer to behave in a arrogant manner rather than being polite. The doctor is experienced and good but the ground staff ( specially the one who's in the medicine counter ) very rude and ill mannered.
