Very bad experience. I had ordered a cake from them, the delivery guy handed over unsealed box and made an excuse he had opened it to take a pic. He wasn't even wearing a mask. Very unhygenic and pathetic. These are there safety measures they are taking during corona.

Order ID : 16099238nnThis is ridiculous, You guys are completely untrustworthy. You guys ruined Birthday of little children. Worst part is, there is no phone number to call you to follow up on the order. I will never order from Ferns and Petals and I will make all my friends and family members to stop doing business with you. Pathetic Service.

Poor service, very bad,all flowers very rotten in the morning and the lady who was working there was of no help either no materials to wrap flowers,gave me false hope that lillies bloom and stay fresh it was totally unworthy and waste of money they just want to sell off their stuff irrespective how it ends up later no concern!!! Should never give false hope especially with flowers! Don't go to this shop!! Unworthy
