They mention a commitment of 14 day delivery, then state its 14 business days. Who does that in this business? Poorest service ever! They have even taken my order off their site, there is just no record. Its a mistake that I didn’t check the reviews.nnIts a shame that Quikr is associated with Go Zefo. A company must make commitments they can fulfill, why harass people!nnGo Zefo, just clear your mess and go out of business!

Pros :- Good product at low pricennCons :- 1) they don't have any proper response mechanismn2) No contact number given anywhere on websiten3) Chat function is just for showcase no one responds after asking city detailsn4) No one will give you any contact numbernRather everyone will only blame eachother for the fault and will make false promises for someone should be contacting soon.n5) many stores closed but no updation on websiten6) the number provided on the website is fake and the persons who responds says he is no longer associated with the companyn7) they will take very long for delivering your product and yet no tracking number will be providedn8) on the day of delivery the delivery guy would make excuses that the vehicle has been broken and will not deliver the product on the said daten9) if you have received a faulty product it will again take too much of time and days to get it replaced or get your money back. And yet still you don't get any contact number to reach them for your money or productn10) the only way to communicate is via email which will again take atleast two days for them to respond and in that respond they will only ask about city you belong so ultimately it will take very long for resolutionnn11) I had ordered a led tv which had a Amazon fire TV stick free along with it But they had only delivered LED TV when I asked them for the free item they have refused , though I have screenshot which mention the free item and still they are denying .nnSo all in all I would advice you may try their product but be very cautious and keep all the proof along.nnI am right now considering to go to court after all the harassment if they don't resoslve my issue.nnI know again someone will write that someone from company will contact me but no one from the company actualy contacts.nnSo just don't trust Gozefo staff on any communication

Bought a dining room table and 6 chairs, went to visit showroom first having had previous bad experience of high value online purchase from another company and this time we couldn’t be happier. Service and delivery were excellent , delivered on the date booked and in the time slot allocated on the day. Quality is excellent and instructions for self assembly were easy to follow, would highly recommend.Great price, great value. Seamless delivery process. Would recommend Furniture Choice without any hesitation. Only one order so far but we will be doing more once the world resets!nnThanks to staff - Sarat, he recommended me the best furniture and we are very happy with the service provided by him. Thanks for your assistance in whole time

Placed an order for a sofa set on 4th October. Received a mail stating delivery would be by 14th October and would receive a call 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Its 13th October night and no one has called & neither are they responding to my email with regard to the delivery. Having read reviews written by others, it seems I've been taken for a ride, not knowing when the delivery will take place and also whether the sofa will be in good condition. Strangely, there is no customer care number given for contacting them.

Pros :-n1) you can find tv and furniture along with some other items at low cost , the only catch is you need to check their website constantly for deals.nnCons :-n1) they don't have any working response mechanism in placen2) they will not provide any contact no anywheren3) any number provided by them is other fake or no one picks it upn4) their whatsapp chat mechanism is fake , at first they won't respond on the chat ,in case they do it will be 2 days gone by and the only response they give you is which city are you from and after you respond to this you will never get any responsen5) the only response mechanism works is email where minimum response time is 2 days and you would be tired waiting before you get resolution.n6) product delivery usually takes 15-20 or more daysn7) when they send you the delivery guys number and you contact him, at first he will not pick up or else he will continuosly disconnectn8) customer care which belongs to quicker will not solve your query and won't give you any contact number and fake promise you that they will arrange call from sales dept but it will not happen.
